What to contact us about
Corrections. If a listing's distance, grade, fees, access or other detail looks wrong or out of date, please send the listing name and a link to the official source showing the correct information. We check every correction against the managing park agency before updating.
Suggest a walk. Tell us the walk name, park, state and a link to its official page. We prioritise walks with published official track information.
Operators and hiking groups. Licensed tour operators and community hiking groups can request a free basic listing. Include your business or group name, website, the areas you walk, and any licence or permit details relevant to operating in national parks. Featured placement options are described on our advertising page.
Media and partnerships. Please email with "Partnership" in the subject line.
Privacy requests. Requests to access or correct personal information can be sent to the same address. See our Privacy Policy.
What we can't help with
- Emergencies. Call 000 (or 112 from a mobile without coverage). We are not an emergency service.
- Track conditions today. Contact the managing park agency directly. Their phone numbers and alert pages are linked on each listing.
- Bookings and permits. These are made directly with park agencies or operators. We don't take bookings or payments for walks.
Please don't send personal health, financial or sensitive information by email.
